San Jose here we come!
Are you going to Clockwork Alchemy?
A convention pass gets you access to all these Steam Powered Giraffe events and even more Steampunk goodness! There are no concert tickets- all performances are included in your convention pass for that day.
If you don’t manage to catch us at one of the panels or signing events, you might run into us around the convention. If we have a moment to spare we’d be more than happy to give you an autograph and or photo!

Friday, May 24th
11:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Windup Cabaret (Gateway Ballroom)
We will be performing around 11:00 PM in the Gateway Ballroom, so come on in and enjoy the show!
Be sure to arrive early though- the doors to the concert open at 7:00 PM with performances by Poplock Holmes, Unwoman, Mistress Pon-Farr, Nathaniel Johnstone, and more!
There will be no autograph or photo ops on Friday.
Saturday, May 25th
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Guest of Honor Panel (Fanime Central - San Jose Convention Center)
Attending: Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth – Full Costume, Humans subject to availability
Head on over to Fanime Central to catch our first panel of the weekend!
There will not be time for an Autograph Line, photos, or hugs!
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Photo-Op (Vendor Hall - Steam Powered Giraffe Merch Table)
Attending: Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth – Full Costume, Humans subject to availability
Come swing by our merchandise table and get a photo with the robots!
We will not be able to autograph during this time.
Sunday, May 26th
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Guest of Honor Panel (Carmel Room)
Attending: Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth – No Costume, Humans subject to availability
The first hour will be a moderated Q & A session followed by an Autograph Line starting at 1 PM.
Keep in mind this means no photos or hugs at the Autograph Table!
10:45 PM – 11:45 PM: Aural Alchemy Concert (Gateway Ballroom)
We will be performing around 10:45 PM in the Gateway Ballroom, but get there early as times are subject to change! The doors open at 7 PM with performances by Unwoman, NWBD, and more!
There will be no autograph or photo ops following the concert.
All appearances and details are subject to change based on circumstance, but we will try and adhere to the schedule as much as possible!
Clarification on Teslacon Cancellation!
Dear fanmily,
There has been a few concerns about SPG not performing at Teslacon this year, and I want to assure everyone Teslacon did what they could to have us there and they are not at fault for our cancellation.
We could not secure our contract with them and it was decided internally to not have us this year.
I understand folks are upset at the prospect of having to cancel their travel plans, and both Teslacon and Steam Powered Giraffe are empathetic.
With that in mind, please be advised that every single one of our performances has the prospect of being cancelled right up to a few days before the date. We do our best to inform you in a timely manner of changes, but the inconvenience will exist.
We’ve been pretty good about it so far, but we are traveling more and its not the first time appearances have fallen through!
Thank-you for your continued support and understanding. If you’re attending Teslacon this year, we hope you have as great a time as we did last year. And hopefully we will be able to return soon!

Our schedule has changed!
Our fall appearance in Wisconsin at Teslacon 2013 was cancelled.
Instead we’ll be returning to Detroit, Michigan for Youmacon 2013!
Youmacon takes place October 31st - November 3rd 2013 at the Cobo Center & Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan. And you can bet the bots will be on hand for some spooky good times this Halloween in addition to another concert and plenty of panels and autograph sessions throughout the weekend.
Please have patience while we solidify the exact details.
We will have more information in the upcoming months, so stay tuned!

Steam Powered Giraffe is heading to San Jose this weekend for a little thing you might have heard of called Clockwork Alchemy. Whether you are coming for the Steampunk or the Anime, (FanimeCon is just next door), you are sure to have a great time!
Online registration has closed, but memberships can still be purchased at the convention. Only one ticket required to enter the convention and see all of the concerts, including Steam Powered Giraffe. And there’s so many events to see! Its a weekend chocked full of SPG!
Friday
Performance : Windup Carabert
•Doors are at 7pm.
•SPG at 11pm (but times subject to change)
Saturday
Panel : SPG Guest of Honor panel at Fanime central (San Jose Convention center) from 3pm-4pm.
Sunday
Panel : SPG Guest of Honor panel at CA central (DoubleTree Inn) from 12pm-2pm.
•Panel will consist of 1 hour of moderated audience Q&A followed by an hour meet and greet session within the same room for direct interaction with the fans.
Performance : Aural Alchemy
•Doors at 7pm
•SPG at 10:45pm (but times subject to change)

The Steam Powered Giraffe Merch Booth is in The Grand Tent!
You folks in New Jersey can score some merch for the rest of the evening in the Grand Tent outside!
We know you’re excited! And we are too!
Steam Powered Giraffe’s first performance on the East Coast? This is a milestone for us and we couldn’t be happier to be a part of The Steampunk World’s Fair in Piscataway, New Jersey this weekend.
Our attendance is the product of generous donations by fans who were able to fund 75% of our travel expenses, and we want to make sure all of you are properly thanked.
We will be out in full force at this convention, but there is always a limit on the time we’re given, so please read through our schedule to figure out what is the best time for you to catch us!
There are no panels for us at this convention, but there are plenty of meet and greet opportunities!

8:30 PM – 10:30 PM: VIP Meet & Greet (Centennial Room)
Attending: Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth – Full Costume, Humans subject to availability
VIP Ticket Holders only! Make sure to upgrade your pass to catch us this evening for photos and signatures! Our merchandise will be available to buy and the robot performers will be there in costume to take photos with you and sign your swag.
We will start the evening with an Autograph Line until all guests have made it through.
Keep in mind this means no photos or hugs at the Autograph Table. But after the line ends we will find a suitable wall and invite folks to get photos and hugs with the robots.
Saturday, May 18th
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Mad Hatton’s Tea Party (Fusions Restaurant)
Attending: Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth – No Costume, Humans subject to availability
*This event is supposedly full! If you don’t already have a spot, you may want to catch us a different time. There may or may not be a wait line.
We will be attending this Alice-In-Wonderland themed tea Out-Of-Character as guests ourselves.
Bunny is bringing Jammie Dodgers to share and you can stop by our table to score a cookie, a hug, a photo, and an autograph.
Depending on attendance, we may opt to step outside to fulfill some of your requests as to not impose on the event.
10:15 PM – 11:15 PM: Steam Powered Giraffe Concert (Midway Grand Tent)
This one is pretty self-explanatory. Join us for a big night full of great artists and robot shenanigans!
Our merchandise table will be set up close by for all your goodies.
There will not be an autograph or photo session the night of the concert.
Sunday, May 19th
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Meet Steam Powered Giraffe (Portable Daffodil Cafe)
Attending: Spine, Rabbit, Hatchworth – Costumes TBD, Humans subject to availability
We will start with an Autograph Line until all guests have made it through.
Keep in mind this means no photos or hugs at the Autograph Table.
But time permitting, after the line ends we will find a suitable area and invite folks to get photos and hugs with the band.
